INCLUDED IN YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION.
BOTOX® TREATMENTS
FOR YOUR SAFETY, ALL NEW CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE BOTOX TREATMENTS CAN BE ADMINISTERED.
FOLLOWING YOUR CONSULTATION A £25 DEPOSIT IS KINDLY REQUESTED TO SECURE YOUR TREATMENT BOOKING. THIS IS FULLY REFUNDABLE AGAINST YOUR TREATMENTS.
In the event of a cancellation, 48 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule an appointment and retain your deposit.
